 ASC Model JC-300 Laboratory Jaw Crusher
High Capacity 3" long X 2" wide feed opening

ASC high capacity laboratory jaw crushers are extremely rugged and incorporate many design improvements over previous models.  Features include:

  • 1/2 HP Baldor fully enclosed motor
  • 3" x 2" feed opening
  • Fully sealed jaw bearings and fully hardened eccentric drive shaft
  • Hinged jaw cover that is removable
  • Available with Ceramic, Tungsten Carbide or Hardened Steel Jaws
  • Includes stainless steel collection tray
  • Available with 1 gallon, high-capacity collection bin

Maximum feed size is approximately 2" x 1", with discharge size adjustable to a minimum of approximately 1/8".  

The optional high-capacity bin attachment consists of an elevated platform for the crusher and 1 gallon stainless steel collection bin.

Shipping weight is approximately 70 lb.
QUICK-CHANGE JAW OPTION

For laboratories that require frequent removal of jaw and cheek plates for cleaning or for changing the jaw material among the three jaw types, we offer a Quick-Change Jaw Option.  With this quick-change design the jaw and cheek plates can be removed and replaced in 2 - 3 minutes.

ASC Model TR-300 is the companion pulverizer to the JC-300 jaw crusher, above.  It is a rugged, laboratory scale, rotary-plate pulverizer for reducing geological samples and other hard materials from a feed size of approximately 1/4” to a fineness of up to 200 mesh. Direction of plate rotation can be reversed for equalized wear and increased plate life. Large funnel and opening allows for sample up to 1/4” to easily flow into the pulverizing area.

The grinding plates are inside a covered housing (left) with hinged lid which allows easy access for adjustment and cleaning.

110V/60 Hz or 220V/50Hz 1hp Baldor motor.  Shipping Weight 80 lb.

Model PE-100 Mini-Pulverizer

Miniature pulverizer, with 1 1/2" diameter plates, for taking material from a maximum of approximately 1/4" size to a fineness of 40 to 200 mesh. Designed especially for preparing samples of approximately one to twenty grams prior to analysis. They have a feed opening of 3/8" diameter, ceramic or tungsten carbide plates, and are easy to use, easy to clean, and have a quick action closure. Direction of rotation of the pulverizer can be reversed for equalized wear and increased plate life. Pulverized material drops directly into sample envelope or container with very little sample loss. Powered by 1/3 hp 115V motor.
