If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ASC Scientific, please contact us immediately. 

ASC Scientific will accept returns for any in-stock item for up to 30 days after purchase.  The item must be in resalable condition which means it is unused and still in its original packaging  Shipping costs are not covered unless the return is a result of our error or the item is faulty.  Once the return is received and approved, we will contact you to issue a refund.

Items that are drop shipped directly from a manufacturer may be subject to the manufacturers return policy and/or may be charged a restocking fee.  Items that are drop shipped are clearly identified as such on each product page.  Return policies vary between manufacturers so please contact us if you need clarification on a particular drop-shipped product.

Custom made or special order items may not be returnable. 

To initiate a return, please contact us first for a return authorization.  Unless the order is being returned directly to a manufacturer, most returns will be sent to the address below.

Damages or Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  ASC Scientific may ask for photos before authorizing a return.  In most cases, ASC Scientific will provide a shipping label to return your item and we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be initiated on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.
