Jaw Crusher and Pulverizer

ASC Scientific manufactures both jaw crushers and pulverizers to prepare your laboratory sample for analysis. ASC’s JC-300 Laboratory Jaw Crusher has an adjustable discharge size, giving you the freedom to select an output as small as 1/8”. It is powered by a 1/2 HP Baldor motor and has an available high-capacity 1-gallon collection bin. The ASC Model TR-300 is the pulverizer companion to the JC-300. The TR-300 can take in sample discharge from your jaw crusher and reduce them to a fineness of up to 200 mesh using a rotary-plate pulverizer. In addition to jaw crushers and pulverizers, ASC carries percussion mortar and pestles that are designed to prepare small samples for X-Ray Diffraction.
